ECEW 2013

This May, the fifth European Customer Experience World takes place at the Grange Tower Bridge Hotel, London between the 14th-16th May.


Delegates and speakers from around Europe will be gathering for the conference, many of them having attended previous ECEW events, in the knowledge that it offers unique content on all areas of Customer Experience.

This year, our theme is: "Navigating the Perfect Storm: Customer Experience in the age of new consumers, new channels, new challenges".

Experts from well-known brands will deliver presentations on topics such as:

  • The evolution of Customer Experience and the way ahead;
  • Delivering your brand over multi-channel and in the European marketplace;
  • How to benchmark and quantify the delivery of Customer Experience;

Join the community

The Focus Group is a community which continues to provide value for its members even after our events closes their doors.
